This guarantee makes your order risk free by ensuring that your diminished value recovery will be at least equal to the cost of your report. If your diminished value recovery is less than what you paid for your report, we’ll refund 100% of the appraisal fee.

Negotiation is inherent in all insurance claims. While DVCHECK is committed to striving for a satisfactory resolution, we cannot provide settlement assurances due to the influence of various factors beyond our control. Our guarantee is in place to make your appraisal fee, risk-free when the court's final determination and claim settlement is less than the cost of the appraisal fee.

Our Money-Back Guarantee does not apply in the states of Massachusetts, Michigan, North Dakota, New York, and Tennessee. The guarantee does not apply to situations where the property damage policy limit was insufficient.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET

• Vehicle is not leased. Leased vehicles are not eligible.
• Vehicle has no prior accident/damage history regardless of whether you were aware of it or not.
• The final settlement of your diminished value claim must be less than what you paid for the appraisal report.
• Evidence of filing in small claims court against the responsible party including the court’s determination and award which was less than the cost of the appraisal fee. In order to request a refund, this documentation is required.
